In order to use go1984, one or more image sources are required.
This section explains how to integrate cameras or other image sources into go1984. It also provides information on how to configure recording, on the integrated motion detection feature and on the notification options.
We'll be working on the basis of a "typical" case, for which the pre-defined, automatic program settings are sufficient.
If you wish to make further changes or improvements to go1984, please refer to the section "Additional settings".

FPS Values of Different Editions (from go1984 V15.0.2.0)
Overview of Maximum Achievable FPS
The system graphic displays the maximum achievable FPS (Frames per Second) for the different editions as well as the currently achieved or configured total FPS of the system.
At a reference resolution of 1920×1080 and suitable hardware, the following maximum FPS values apply:
•Pro Edition: Up to 250 FPS
•Enterprise Edition: Up to 500 FPS
•Ultimate Edition: Up to 1000 FPS
Example Display and Explanation
The display “355 FPS @ 1920×1080 [372]” means:
•355 FPS: The currently achieved FPS at a reference resolution of 1920×1080.
•[372]: The total configured FPS rate across all cameras in the system.
These values help to understand the system’s performance depending on the edition and hardware.
